Mary relocated to Cape Cod in July of 2015 for the position of executive director for the Yarmouth Chamber of Commerce. She received her degree in Community Development and Organizing from the University of Massachusetts, Amherst. Over the past 15 years her experience includes, strategic planning, grant writing, program development, fiscal management, cultivation and coordination of strong public and private partnerships, budgeting, marketing, public relations, and oversight of economic development projects.
She was responsible for developing and managing the 17th Cultural District Designation from the Massachusetts Cultural Council. In 2014 she was the recipient of the Larry D Meehan Award from the Massachusetts Office of Travel & Tourism, honored for her success in leveraging tourism, the arts, and film production.
Ashley has been with the Yarmouth Chamber of Commerce since January 2016. With a multi-faceted skill set, Ashley has proven to be an asset to the Yarmouth Chamber of Commerce. She received her Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration with a minor in Professional Communications from Plymouth State University in 2008 where she was involved in the Community Service Orientation and served as Class Treasurer. She previously served as the co-chair for the Development Committee for Cape Cod Young Professionals and is currently on the Shape Your Cape Summit Steering Committee. Ashley is a CLI Class of 2017 alum and is currently serving on the CLI Board of Directors.
A graduate of Brandeis University and a teacher by profession, Judy spent many summers working at the summer camp that she and her husband co owned in South Yarmouth. When the camp was bought by the Town of Yarmouth, she and her husband bought a motel on the lower cape where she worked booking bus tours and conferences as well as reserving space at the attractions and restaurants that attendees would be going to. With a knowledge of the Cape and understanding how to run a business, Judy brings to the Chamber the knowledge that has made her successful in her role.
Bob joined the Yarmouth Chamber of Commerce since 2004. As the Visitor Center Specialist, he manages the day to day operations of the Route 28 Visitor Center. His professional career was in computer technology. He has a strong passion for sports including, hockey and baseball. You will see him at every Cape Cod Baseball League game whenever possible. He is very active in the community and skates weekly and is in his church choir for over 60 years.
