She moved over to the Red Jacket and Davenport Companies over four years ago. Hollie has been in the hospitality industry since 1991. She has been fortunate to work with one company in all facets of its operations. Hollie has also worked in other restaurants and resorts. She has certifications in CPR\, crowd management\, and tips and alcohol awareness training.
