DESCRIPTION:West Yarmouth Congregational Church\, 383 Main St. (Route 28) will present its annual Christmas Fair on Saturday\, December 2\, from 10 to 3 in Baker Fellowship Hall\, first level of the Cooper Parish Center\, and in the sanctuary. Baker Hall\, with its entrance directly from the parking lot\, will feature delicious homemade baked goods tables. Most of the room will contain The Hot Spot with portioned casseroles\, soups\, chili\, and other "comfort food" dinner items for dining in or take out. Additional light luncheon items and beverages will be available. Country Kitchen in the Parish Center will feature jellies\, cheeses\, fudge\, Vermont cheddar cheese\, preserves\, salsas and dips. There will also be gifts of crafted ornaments\, hand knits\, original jewelry\, and original note cards. There will be a room devoted to fresh holiday greenery  centerpieces\, hostess gift arrangements\, door swags\, decorated white Christmas pumpkins\, and hand-painted shell tree ornaments. The sanctuary area will feature fine\, gently used clothing in the Repeat Boutique along with desirable vintage jewelry. A Silent Auction will include useful items and services as well as gift certificates for many local businesses. Cookie Country will offer choose-your-own Christmas cookie assortments. There will be a 50/50 raffle and sparkling glass tree raffle. After visiting the fair\, visit the church's well stocked and staffed Thrift Shop. Its separate exterior entrance is down the stairs to the right of the sanctuary.
