There will be exercises to follow\, with ongoing demonstrations\, that will give you the tools to use clay imaginatively\, building abstract sculptural forms or sculptural-functional objects. This class teaches students how to use clay\, not only to make things\, but as a form of creative individual expression\, based on "following" the clay as you build and seeing where it leads.
