DESCRIPTION:The Massachusetts Small Business Development Center (MSBDC) will partner with the law firm of Partridge Snow & Hahn LLP (PSH) to offer a free Legal Clinic on Friday afternoon\, October 9th at the Cape Cod Chamber of Commerce and Coastal Community Capital offices\, 5 Patti Page Way in Centerville.\n\n\n\nIndividuals\, entrepreneurs\, and small business owners can meet one-on-one\, for 30 minutes\, with Chris Cassara\, Esq.\, a partner at PSH\, to discuss general legal questions such as corporate structure\, leases\, contracts\, insurance\, employment\, franchising\, and various other business related issues. Participants will receive a general waiver statement prior to their meeting and are eligible to attend a 30-minute Legal Clinic\, one-time.\n\n\n\nTo register\, please contact Alison Moriarty at the MSBDC office at 508-673-9783\, extension 10. Appointments are required and subject to availability.
