DESCRIPTION:The Historical Society of Old Yarmouth invites you to join Nipmuc   Wampanoag Marcus Hendricks and local Historian Todd Kelley on this one-mile Native American Talk/Walk along the Thacher Trail part of the HSOY Nature Trails off of Old King's Highway. Discussions will range from the Woodland Period through 200 years after the Contact Period\; hunting\, fishing\, domestic life\, and local Native American Thomas Greenough\, one of the "Praying Indians" and last of the Nobscusset Tribe here at Yarmouth. The walk will end at the Turtle Wetu.
