DESCRIPTION:ServSafe certification is recognized by the Massachusetts Department of Public Health as meeting the food manager certification requirements of the Massachusetts Food Code.\n\nThis ServSafe Food Manager Protection program\, led by Food Safety and Nutrition Educator Kimberly Concra\, LDN\, is an effort to meet the challenge of preventing food-borne illness.\n\n\n\nInitial Certification Classes are as follows. Note: You must attend both days to complete the course.\n\n\n\nDecember 8 & 15\, 2014 from 8:30AM to 1:30PM OR February 2 & 9\, 2015 from 8:30AM to 1:30PM\n\n\n\nRecertification Classes are as follows.
