DESCRIPTION:The Cape Cod and Islands Chapter of SCORE is pleased to announce that it will be holding a two-part webinar program designed specifically for owners and operators of independent hospitality properties. Both sessions will be held remotely on Zoom. They will be led by Carol Edmondson. Carol is a SCORE mentor who has a substantial background as an owner and advisor in the independent hospitality industry\, including as a presenter with the Association of Independent Hospitality Professionals.\n\n\n\nThe first session   UNDERSTANDING TODAY'S TRAVELER AND HOW TO PROVIDE THE EXPERIENCE THEY WANT   will be held on April 19 starting at 12:00 p.m.\n\n\n\nThis session will cover:\n\n\n\n1. How do independent properties partner with other local businesses that service their guests\, creating a win-win and enhancing the guest travel experience?
