I have over 20 years of experience in all areas of commercial real estate. I am Babson College educated, IBM trained, and a field tested real estate professional. During my years in this field, I have leased, sold, and managed millions of square feet including a very wide range of properties: Retail malls, national historic buildings, one half million square foot manufacturing and warehouse facilities, Fortune 500 retail sites, first class office buildings, commercial and residential condominium complexes, apartments, including Boston brownstones. I have worked for Fortune 500 companies, the FDIC, and massive loan servicing investment firms. I am a licensed Broker in both MA and RI. I have presented to the State's Elevator Board, several different town historic commissions and nearly every town/city board you could imagine including millions of dollars worth of tax appeals both locally and at the State level. I have continued my education beyond my Bachelor's Degree with real estate law and accounting coursework as well as trade source classes. I have been an owner's representative for construction jobs as large as three million dollars. Additionally, I was hired to act as the general contractor for the fire damaged Thom Building, a National Historic office building, where repairs exceeded several hundred thousand dollars. In 2014, I sold over four million dollars in commercial real estate as both a Seller and Buyer Agent. The buildings were a warehouse in Yarmouth, retail in Hyannis, and an office building in Westborough.
