Kathy O'Neil of Sotheby's International Realty Osterville has a passion for helping individuals find their perfect home to buy, sell, or rent on Cape Cod. With experience building, purchasing, and selling on Cape Cod, Florida, and Turks and Caicos, she is well-versed in the intricacies of the process.

Kathy's love for design is evident in her work, having built her first house in 1985 and personally remodeling her Cape Cod and Florida homes. Her skills in contracting and design make her an excellent asset for those seeking to buy or sell a home.

Kathy believes in providing her clients with the utmost care and attention, whether they are new to Cape Cod or longtime residents. She looks forward to meeting new people and helping them achieve their Cape Cod dreams.
