Named for a Hindi word that means "to ride," Sawaari is an extraordinary band that weaves together the rich musical traditions of India, the Middle East, North Africa, and Italy to create a unique, hypnotic soundscape. With their intricate fusion of Indian taals, Arabic maqams, and North African trance rhythms, Sawaari takes listeners on a captivating ride through diverse global sounds.
