Pen & Ink Drawing Techniques with Patrick Boufford

Presented by the Cultural Center of Cape Cod on four Wednesdays, starting May 8, from 6-8pm. Come and learn basic drawing techniques in pen & ink, with a focus on fine point illustration. Using pencil and fine line ink, students will learn principles of composition and form, while applying various techniques including hatching(cross, free and plain), stippling, contour and blending and shading. Materials needed are: pencil and eraser, drawing pad(recommend Strathmore or Canson drawing or mixed media pads), fine liner pens .01, .03, .05 (recommend Staedtler or Micron). $128/$112 for members. ?Register at www.cultural-center.org or call 508-394-7100.
