Pie Dough 101, with Chris Taylor and Paul Arguin

Presented by the Cultural Center of Cape Cod on Saturday, May 11 from 10am-12pm. Join Chris and Paul as they share the secrets for their foolproof pie crust! You will learn how to make dough (by hand or with a food processor) as well as how to roll, fit, and properly blind-bake pie crust.
