Strawberry Margarita Pie, with Chris Taylor and Paul Arguin

Start off the summer season right by joining Chris and Paul in the kitchen and learn to create their original Strawberry Margarita Pie! This creamy creation features all the flavors of its cocktail inspiration, including a strawberry cream filling with a hint of tequila, a zesty lime curd, and a “salted rim” pie crust. You will learn how to make this pie’s flavorful fillings and enjoy a satisfying slice at the end of class. $60/$90 for class and a personalized signed copy of The New Pie.
