1st Annual Beekeepers' Ball

The Barnstable Country Beekeeper's Association is sponsoring a community event during National Honey Month to raise awareness about the importance of the honey bee and offer affordable family friendly fun on Cape Cod. This event will be at the Cultural Center of Cape Cod with activities for all ages. Proceeds will create a scholarship fund for beekeeper education at BCBA's Bee School, for Landscapers and Pesticide Applicators, and for youth beekeepers. A portion of the proceeds will be donated or allocated for scholarship to the Horticulture Certificate Program at Cape Cod Community College. Ask a committee member about sponsorship opportunities.
