Fine Dining with Chef Joe: Annual 9/11 Tribute Dinner

Wednesday, Sept 11, from 6-8pm. Join Chef Joe Cizynski for this opportunity to pay tribute to the state of New York on the 23rd anniversary of a day when its people rose as one to meet a great challenge. Tonight we will dine on everything New York! We will start on Arthur Avenue and taste an assortment of cured meats and burrata cheese, then Montauk tile fish with a clam brodetto, Hudson Valley magret with a stone fruit sauce and finish with Juniors of Brooklyn cheesecake with New York State bourbon cherry sauce. Complimentary Finger Lake wines will be served. This is a BYOB event so any New York State reds or whites will work. $75/$68 for members.
