Having lived, worked, and traveled all over the world, Caroline makes music that bears the marks of a storyteller with a unique set of tales to tell. With a captivating soprano voice and award-winning songwriting, Caroline’s songs take you from a Parisian salon, to the coast of Maine, through the hills of Colorado, to the side of a bluegrass festival campfire, and into the depths of the human heart. Since her 2015 release of Dreaming as I Do, which reached #5 on the Folk DJ Charts, Caroline has played over 400 shows from Maine to California, Florida to Alaska, Spain to The Netherlands. In 2016 alone, Caroline performed 225 shows in 38 states and 6 countries; festivals in Florida, New York, Boston, and Barcelona, opened for Loudon Wainwright III in Oregon and David Wilcox in Ohio. "Ms. Cotter’s new album is brilliant, the range of styles from a cappella to smooth vocals and jazz, back to folk harmonies – the album never ceases to surprise." - Bruce Swan, WPKN 89.5 FM Bridgeport, CT.
