Get Up and Move!
Get Up and Move is a FREE family wellness program offered by the Cape Cod Children's Museum that promotes an active lifestyle and healthy eating for a lifetime of good health! The 6-week program will take place one hour per week on Saturday mornings from 9:00 AM - 10:00 AM beginning March 12th. Â Participants will receive complimentary admission to the Cape Cod Children's Museum should they wish to stay after the program session. Get Up and Move is generously funded through a grant from Cape Cod Healthcare Community Benefits.
