Gourmet Dining with Chef Joe: NY Steakhouse Dinner

Gallagher's Steakhouse is famous primarily because of its rich history as one of the first steakhouses on Broadway, originating as a speakeasy during Prohibition, and its reputation for serving high-quality, dry-aged steaks in a classic New York City setting, attracting celebrities and notable figures throughout its long history; essentially offering an authentic, old-school steakhouse experience with a strong connection to the city's entertainment scene. Tonight we will dine on some of Gallagher's Steakhouse famous foods. We will start with beef carpaccio with burrata and wood-fired peppers, haricot vert and shrimp salad with tomatoes and red wine vinaigrette, seared NY strip steak with wild mushroom red wine sauce and creamed spinach, and finish with NY cheesecake with a Bourbon cherry sauce.
