Indian Classics with Sanjay: Lamb Curry & Gobi Aloo
Sat, Mar 22, 11am-1pm. Explore delicious Indian cuisine with chef Sanjay Palit! In this class you will learn to cook two classic dishes: Lamb Curry and Gobi Aloo (cauliflower and potato curry). Sanjay will guide you step-by-step through preparation and cooking. At the end of class, you'll enjoy what you have cooked together with rice and naan.
