Make Your Own Ceramic Jewelry with Holly Heaslip

Make your own unique ceramic jewelry...pendants, bracelets, earrings and pins! In this fun series of three classes with artist Holly Heaslip you will learn simple techniques to form clay into beautiful jewelry. In the first class we will create the jewelry components from clay. The pieces will be fired in a kiln so that in the second class you will get to play with glazes to add color. Everything will be fired again for a final time so that in the third class, they are ready to be put together, adding some charms, beads, wire work, and basic knotting techniques. No experience necessary! Each student will make approximately 8 to 10 pieces of jewelry of their choice. All materials are provided.
