The class confirmation email will contain the Zoom class link. Watch Chef Joe prepare a fabulous two-course meal from the comfort of your own home. Cinco de Mayo commemorates the Mexican army's unlikely victory over the French forces of Napoleon III on May 5, 1862, at the battle of Puebla. Tonight, Chef Joe will make tequila-laced laughing bird shrimp ceviche and pollo en mole poblano. Following the online class at 5:30pm, food that the chef prepared during the class will be available to all registered students. A masked and gloved associate will be stationed at the handicap ramp at the Center to coordinate curbside pick-up.
