Spice Up Your Cookies! With Chris Taylor and Paul Arguin
Presented by the Cultural Center of Cape Cod on Saturday, June 1, from 10am-12pm. Join Chris and Paul in the kitchen as you learn how to transform two pantry-staple cookies into modern originals using warm spices. In this class, you will learn how to mix and bake Chocolate Five-Spice Oatmeal Cookies, a crispy treat featuring the wonderful combination of chocolate and spice. You will also learn how to make Peanut Satay Crunchers, an imaginative spin on peanut butter cookies featuring crunchy peanuts and some complex (but not overwhelming) spice provided by Thai red curry paste. $60/$85 for class and a personalized signed copy of Fabulous Modern Cookies.
