Tai Chi for Longevity is a mind-body program rooted in Asian traditions. The training integrates slow, intentional movements with breathing and cognitive skills. It aims to improve balance, strengthen, relax, and integrate the physical body and mind and improve health. Lia Bushy, RN will be back to lead this class. Advance registration & payment is required.
