The Friday Club Swedish Almond Cake Sale

The last Friday Club "bake sale" of 2025 only happens once a year right before the Christmas Holiday and for many it's a yearly tradition. We will be taking orders for Swedish almond cakes from Friday Nov. 29th to Wednesday Dec 10th by phone and cakes will be ready for pick up Saturday December 13th from 9:30-11am. Step 1: Decide how many cakes you'd like, for yourself or to give as gifts. $14 each or 2 for $25. Step 2: Call our order taker extraordinaire Joan at 508-237-1655 from Friday Nov 29 through Wed Dec 10th with your order. Step 3: Our member bakers will have 2 days to bake, wrap and get the cakes to the clubhouse by Saturday Dec.13. Step 4: Pick up will be the morning of December 13th from 9:30-11:00am. Step 5: Enjoy. These are melt in your mouth delicious. Don't be disappointed. Be sure to plan and order ahead. There will not be extra cakes for sale on pick up day. Please remember that at this time we are only able to accept cash or checks. All proceeds go to Cape charities. We would like to express our gratitude to our patrons and the community who generously support our efforts to raise money for local charities by attending our sales, be they pies, baked goods, lobster rolls, cupcakes & lemonade, yard or holiday sales. We wish you Happy Holidays and good health in the New Year. We will see you in March 2026 when we hold our first pre-order pie sale on the 14th to commemorate the mathematical symbol "pi"
