This is a two hour, interactive introduction to stress reduction. It will allow us to learn to reduce stress using real evidence-based skills, and find some peace. This is not a lecture; we’ll be able to practice actual ways to regain control over our runaway minds. Anyone who can breathe can learn how to do this with a step by step method. Join us to share some peaceful moments. Adam Liss, on Cape Cod since 1977, trained at the University of Massachusetts Medical Center’s Stress Reduction Clinic and Center for Mindfulness, and offered classes for more than twenty years.
