Presented by the Cultural Center of Cape Cod on eight Wednesdays beginning July 6, from 3-5pm. More than just a successful Irish playwright, Oscar Wilde wrote fairy tales for children; witty entertaining short stories for adults; a popular, yet shocking novel; a collection of poems and essays, some depicting themes of tragedy and suffering. He was a master at his craft, trying to balance his fascination between art and decadent life. Join us for an 8-week study, through film and text, into the brilliant works and fascinating life of Oscar Wilde. Visit the Cultural Center’s website for more information on their COVID policy. $125/$115 members. Register at www.cultural-center.org or call 508-394-7100. The Cultural Center is located at 307 Old Main Street in South Yarmouth.
