This is a yoga practice developed by Lees Yunits, E-RYT 500, who has taught yoga at the Cultural Center since 2017. With more than 40 years of practice and study, Lees includes the techniques of Hatha, Yin, Kundalini, Vini-Yoga, Meditation, and Pranayama. Her classes enhance every aspect of well-being. Stretches, holds, balance postures, breath and meditation; there is always something to keep you on your toes, but not break your toes! $15/$75 for 6 weeks.
