Back in the Kitchen Night 2: Crab Feast, with Chef Joe Cizynski
Presented by the Cultural Center of Cape Cod on Thursday, May 16, from 6-8pm. Tonight we will be tasting 3 different styles of crab. We will begin with Maine peekytoe crab meat crab cake salad with a roasted red pepper vinaigrette, next Alaskan King Crab tempura with Hijiki seaweed, soft shell crabs with a blood orange and hazelnut beurre blanc sauce and finish with Levain cookies from New York City. Complimentary bubbles will be served. This is a BYOB event and Loire Valley white wines are recommended. This event is set in the Simoneau kitchen and will limit seating to 10 people.
