Thursday, July 11, from 5:30-8pm. Learn to cook an Indian classic in this demo and dinner class held in our teaching kitchen with Chef Sanjay Palit. You'll watch him prepare a traditional Indian feast of chicken curry with Kali dal and jasmine rice while learning about regional flavors, ingredients, and cooking techniques.
