Master Class: French Omelettes, and Parisian Lunch, with Marc Sievers

Presented by the Cultural Center of Cape Cod on Tuesday, February 27, from 11am-1:30pm. Join cookbook author Marc J. Sievers in the kitchen for a master class on French Omelettes, followed by a cozy Paris-inspired lunch! Marc will walk you through his tried-and-true techniques for the iconic French omelette, his favorite equipment, and the best to achieve the most flavor. You will also practice making omelettes alongside him, getting expert advice along the way. The day will end with a late-afternoon lunch—all inspired by his cookbook French Omelettes: Your New House Meal, including a wine tasting and a box of his Honey Lavender Milk Chocolate Truffles.
