The plastic bag ban took effect on August 30th, but there seems to be some confusion and many questions about the ban and what it covers.  Carol Ewing and Jill Talladay, co-chairs of the Town of Yarmouth Recycling and Solid Waste Advisory Committee and Roby Whitehouse, Manager of the Yarmouth Disposal Area, will review the ban and answer your questions.  Learn which bags are allowed and how to save money by encouraging customers to bring their own bags.
