Fearless Flavors with Amy: Kibbeh Two Ways!
Join Amy in the kitchen and learn how to make two traditional Lebanese dishes using a mixture of lean beef and bulgar. One will be formed into balls, filled with a pine nut/ground beef mixture then quickly fried. The other will use the same elements layered then baked to perfection!
