Fearless Flavors with Amy: Saj Bread, Baba Ganoush, and Labne

Sat, March 8, 10am-12pm. Join me for a hands-on class where we’ll explore the art of Lebanese bread-making with the Saj Voyage. We’ll craft both the traditional Lebanese Flatbread and the hearty wholewheat Markouk, and top them off with tasty za’atar and melty halloumi cheese.
