Free Legal Clinic for Small Businesses

The Massachusetts Small Business Development Center (MSBDC) will partner with the law firm of Partridge Snow & Hahn LLP (PSH) to offer a free Legal Clinic on Friday afternoon, October 9th at the Cape Cod Chamber of Commerce and Coastal Community Capital offices, 5 Patti Page Way in Centerville. Individuals, entrepreneurs, and small business owners can meet one-on-one, for 30 minutes, with Chris Cassara, Esq., a partner at PSH, to discuss general legal questions such as corporate structure, leases, contracts, insurance, employment, franchising, and various other business related issues. Participants will receive a general waiver statement prior to their meeting and are eligible to attend a 30-minute Legal Clinic, one-time.
