Indian Classics with Sanjay: Vegetarian Night

Wednesday, July 24, from 5:30-8pm. Learn to cook an Indian classic in this demo and dinner class held in our teaching kitchen with Chef Sanjay Palit. You'll watch him prepare a traditional vegetarian Indian feast of matar paneer, chana masala, cucumber salad, and raita, served with jasmine rice while learning about regional flavors, ingredients, and cooking techniques.
