This Project Management course will take a deep dive into the roles and responsibilities of the project manager, and examine project management in theory as well as in practice. The course offers a practical approach to managing projects, without requiring any previous project management experience. We will focus on organizing, planning, and controlling the deliverables of the project using good practices.
