One of the best and most versatile recipes a savvy home cook can have in their repertoire is a simple pastry dough recipe. Well, are you in for a treat! In this class you will learn how to make a perfect seasoned crust, by hand, every single time. After that, you will roll, blind-bake a tart shell, roast vegetables for the filling, and lastly bake a perfect savory tart.
