ServSafe certification is recognized by the Massachusetts Department of Public Health as meeting the food manager certification requirements of the Massachusetts Food Code. This ServSafe Food Manager Protection program, led by Food Safety and Nutrition Educator Kimberly Concra, LDN, is an effort to meet the challenge of preventing food-borne illness. Initial Certification Classes are as follows. Note: You must attend both days to complete the course. December 8 & 15, 2014 from 8:30AM to 1:30PM OR February 2 & 9, 2015 from 8:30AM to 1:30PM Recertification Classes are as follows. You may join the full class at 8:30 for additional coverage of material. December 15, 2014 10AM to 1:30PM OR February 9, 2015 from 10AM to 1:30PM Courses will be held at the Barnstable County Complex Old Jail Building in the West Wing, at 3195 Main St., Barnstable Village.
