Tai Chi for Better Balance
Tai Chi for Health and Longevity is a mind - body program rooted in multiple Asian traditions. This training integrates slow, intentional movements with breathing and cognitive skills. It aims to improve balance, strengthen, relax, and integrate the physical body and mind and improve health. Lisa Bushy, RN will be back to lead this class. Advance registration & payment is required.
