Walk for Hope
Two Great Walks. Two Great Locations. Housing Assistance Corporations Walk for Hope takes place in Falmouth & Hyannis. The walk will allow you to raise awarenwess to the housing issues facing Cape Codders and raise funds to support our homeless prevention programs which keep our neighbors in their homes and off the streets.
