Mental Health First Aid training is being offered at the Yarmouth Senior Center with Beverly Costa-Ciavola, Director of Cape Cod Neighborhood Support Coalition. Mental Health First Aid teaches you how to identify, understand, and respond to signs of mental illnesses and substance use disorders. The 8-hour training will give you the skills needed to reach out and provide initial support and help connect a person to appropriate care.
