Tai Chi for Health and Longevity
This 8-week program is based on Traditional Chinese Medicine and is sometimes referred to as moving meditation. The 1-hour practice consists of seated warm-ups, breath awareness, body awareness, and movement with emphasis on weight shifting and balance. Through gentle movement, breath awareness and repetition, participants learn 8-forms to strengthen the body and mind.
