Seafood School with Chef Austin Peters
We'll teach you the tricks of the trade when purchasing seafood and how to handle it once you get it home for perfectly prepared fish every time. Our menu includes roasted salmon with mustard-glaze, sautéed shrimp with spinach, steamed quinoa, olives and roasted peppers, sautéed beet-orange salad and spicy anchovies’ aioli.
