Originally from Natick and worked for many years at Ford. Tom has been involved in the family businesses since 1962 and moved to the Cape in 1992 and became an active member in the community.  Tom has owned TNT Contractors for over 30 years and owns of Route 28 Diner and Ropes End Restaurant.  He has sat on numerous town boards for over 6 years.  He also is a member of the St. Patrick’s Day Parade committee and has served on the Yarmouth Chamber of Commerce Board for 6 years.

The Optimist Cafe
Originally from Canton Michigan Kristina and her husband Daryl bought The Optimist Café in 2013.  They bought the café out of a love for cooking & baking (Kristina), historic old homes (Daryl) and to become a part of and support, the charming Yarmouth Port community. Kristina received her MBA from the University of Detroit Mercy.  Currently Kristina is a mentor with SCORE and often speaks at their events on how to successfully run a small business on the cape.

Carrie Moore is a loan officer at Cape Cod Five Cents Savings Bank in South Yarmouth, MA and has been in the business 19 years. Most of the loans originated are Credit Line and Stand Alone Refinance for properties in South Yarmouth, West Yarmouth, Dennis, West Barnstable, and Orleans.
Amy Neill

Cultural Center of Cape Cod
Amy Neill is the Director of Education at the Cultural Center of Cape Cod. Amy leads their education wing in the development and implementation of dynamic programing for a diverse population that fits within the Centers mission and vision. Her day to day operations include providing creative and strategic leadership to oversee all aspects of the education program. Including educational outreach, arts administration, cultural affairs, programming, and arts advocacy. She manages Rise and Shine, a program that custom tailor’s workshops in the arts and one-on-one mentor relationships for at-risk youth on Cape Cod. Amy graduated from Rhode Island School of Design in interior design and holds a certificate from Tufts University in Nonprofit Management and Leadership.  Amy is a member of the Cape & Islands Workforce Board Youth Council and the co-chair of the Sandwich Cultural Council.

Christina is a Senior Technology Specialist with Axion Business Technologies/KenMark Office Systems.  She has been with Axion for 5 years and in the industry for 10.  She provides Office Equipment, furniture and software to area businesses.  She closely works with her clients to ensure they are current in the newest technology and always available to answer questions or offer help in several situations.

Emily began her career with Glivinski & Associates in January 2011 with her Masters in Accountancy from Northeastern University, Boston, MA. Emily manages several of Glivinski & Associates clients including non-profits organizations. Emily specializes in audit preparation, month end closings, financial reporting and cash flow projections.

 Michael Allen leads all aspects of Operations, Capital, and Projects for the portfolio of Red Jacket Resorts including six full-service resort destination located on Cape Cod & North Conway NH and one of the leading waterparks in the North East U.S., Kahuna Laguna, all owned by the Yarmouth-based Davenport Companies. Allen has over 35 years of luxury hotel and resort experience in the hospitality industry, including resort destinations; Cape Cod, Nantucket, Orlando, Santa Fe, Miami, Sawgrass, Boca Raton, Providence, & other unique areas within the United States. He has been an Executive Vice President- twice, Vice President of Operations, Area General Manager, General Manager 9 times.  Allen has been involved with over 500 million dollars in hotel renovations, capital improvements, design, and new builds over the past 35 years. His philosophy is: “Lead by example, do more than what is expected, be authentic, caring & compassionate, loyal, passionate every day, always find a sense of purpose & stay true to values and beliefs.” Allen has a Bachelor’s degree in Sports Management, minor in business from UMass Amherst, an Associates Degree in Travel & Tourism, State University NY, is a Florida State Certified Assisted Living Administrator and graduate from Disney’s College Hospitality Program.

Adam Dupuy

Attorney Adam Dupuy is a proud second generation Cape Codder. He is a graduate of the Isenberg School of Management at the University of Massachusetts Amherst and was admitted to practice following graduation from the New England School of Law | Boston. Mr. Dupuy represents small business owners throughout Cape Cod, counseling them on organizational structuring, purchase agreements, and employment matters. Adam also represents residential and commercial landlords throughout southeastern Massachusetts, assisting them with lease agreements, eviction actions, and collections. His other primary areas of practice include general civil litigation, real estate conveyancing, and estate planning. Mr. Dupuy is a member of the Massachusetts Bar Association and the Barnstable County Bar Association and was nominated Vice President of the Yarmouth Chamber of Commerce in 2016.

I have over 20 years of experience in all areas of commercial real estate.  I am Babson College educated, IBM trained, and a field tested real estate professional.  During my years in this field I managed, leased, and sole millions of square feet including a very wide range of properties.
I have worked for Fortune 500 companies, the FDIC, and massive loan servicing investment firms.  I have continued my education beyond my Bachelor’s degree with real estate law and accounting coursework as well as trade source classes.  
 
Aimee Howell

Aimee Howell is the Recreation Director for the Town of Yarmouth. She was raised in Yarmouth, graduated from DY and then graduated from Frostburg State University. She started her career at the YMCA Cape Cod and moved on to work for the Town of Plymouth in their recreation department for over 12 years.  She has a combined 14+ years in Municipal Recreation.

Sue Teplansky is the program coordinator for the Gestalt International Study Center, an educational non-profit organization offering advanced professional training worldwide for leaders, consultants, coaches and therapists.  The GISC mission is to change the way we live and work in the world.  Sue graduated with a degree in Media Communications and her background includes television production, live events and photography.  She is very passionate about her family, working to build a community and the arts!
