Board of Directors
The YCC Board of Directors are elected by the membership and oversee the management of the organization.
Events Committee
The Events Committee plans and executes events on behalf of the Yarmouth Chamber of Commerce.
Executive Committee
The Executive Committee consists of the President, Vice President(s), Treasurer, and Secretary of the YCC Board of Directors with support by the Executive Director.
Finance Committee
The Finance Committee oversees the financial health of the organization.
Governance Committee
The governance committee of a chamber of commerce oversees the organization's internal policies, procedures, and compliance to ensure effective and ethical operation.
Marketing & Events Committee
The Marketing & Events Committee is a collaborative group of community leaders and business professionals dedicated to driving local economic vitality and creating memorable experiences. By merging strategic promotion with expert event execution, this committee ensures that Chamber initiatives deliver high-value engagement for members and a vibrant atmosphere for all who live, work, and play in Yarmouth.
Membership Committee
The Membership Committee is responsible for the growth and retention of Chamber membership, ensuring that members receive value and engagement opportunities.
Staff Members
The Yarmouth Chamber of Commerce staff is here to promote, educate, and advocate for it's members.
Yarmouth Community Partnership
The Yarmouth Community Partnership is appointed annually by the Board of Directors and is comprised of a chairperson selected from the Board, and up to 9 additional members. The Executive Director will also sit on the committee as an ex officio member. No initiatives will be supported without the YCC Board of Directors approval.
